On December 19, 2025, with the professional support of Guangdong Dele Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Ningxia Yizhongyuan Food Co., Ltd. successfully held an employee training session themed Organizational Behavior and Enterprise Management.

 This training aimed to deepen employees’ understanding of organizational behavior and its application in work, enhance the efficiency of team collaboration, and inject new ideological impetus into the company’s sustainable development in the new era.

This training specially invited Dr. Li Wenming, a practical expert in corporate management, to serve as the keynote speaker. Dr. Li holds the positions of visiting professor and doctoral supervisor at Raffles University Malaysia, and was a postdoctoral researcher in corporate culture and business models at the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Technological Economics and Management with a focus on Human Resources and Team Management from Harbin Institute of Technology. He also acts as a peer reviewer for graduate dissertations in corporate management for the Academic Degrees Committee of the Ministry of Education.

Boasting years of experience in corporate consulting and training, Dr. Li designs his courses to be logically structured and highly interactive. He excels at integrating classic management theories with practical industry cases.
